With a large number of the construction in the tunneling and underground engineering,the theory and methods of tunnel engineering progress,as well as the continuous development of science and technology,people gradually realize that it is very important to form a systematic and integrated concept in the engineering geological survey,design and construction.Only when obtain all kinds of information reflecting overall stable state of surrounding rock of the tunnel in real time,and get timely analysis,processing and feedback,can truly reflect the dynamic changes of the tunnel excavation process and embody the characteristics of the informatization.Due to the development of geotechnical theory and measurement technology,database management technology and computer aided design after the birth of new Austrian method,it makes the tunnel construction enter the age of informatization.At the same time,along with the rapid development of Internet technology,it is also lead aninevitable development trend to integrate Internet technology into tunnel informatization construction.The article targets the research on highway tunnel informatization construction.Through the PHP programming language,Mysql database,combined the dynamic road tunnel surrounding rock classification,monitoring measurement and dynamic analysis,advance geological forecast with Web technology,andthen conducted the highway tunnel informatization construction network platform.So that the owner of tunnel engineering,designers,experts,supervisor can get access to the platform via Internet and cross-regionally gain the newest trend of tunnel construction conditions.At the same time,the contractors can also consult entry platform of tunnel surrounding rock information and release the results of the analysis in time,provide powerful basis for the analysis in the adjustment of the supporting structure and design changes,and then improve the efficiency of the management of highway tunnel.The main research work of this paper is as follows:(1)Through the research on conditions of the tunnel construction site,The preliminarily constructed the overall framework of the informatization construction of highway tunnel surrounding rock network platform,determine the main users of the platform,the information management process and information analysis function,etc.,concerning the tunnel construction unit owner's opinion.It implements the technicians in different jobs can communicate with each other on the same platform in the building tunnels,thus let the users who are not in the construction site know the tunnel construction information in time.(2)Tunnel management system,basic information database,constraints to quality information database,monitoring information database,advanced prediction information database were established by applying the Mysql,which allow the construction company,monitoring company,measurement company,advanced prediction company to entry the measured data into the tunnel information construction platform.At the same time,other participant company can consult the relevant information in time not restricted by distance.(3)Determine the classification of surrounding rock by using the method combineing the qualitative and quantitative way,after studied the tunnel surrounding rock classification methods at home and abroad.Quantitative classification is refer tothe BQ method by highway tunnel design specification,and qualitative classification use support vector machine(SVM)from machine learning course.Then,establish the the mathematical model of SVM surrounding rock classification.Through the surrounding rock classification in5+20 tunnels,directly shows the method of quantitative classification and qualitative classification method for surrounding rock classificationin the platform can satisfy the requirement of intelligentclassification of the surrounding rock,So that they can provide support for tunnel construction design changes.(4)Research on necessary and selected tunnel monitoring measurement items,identified two contents of monitoring dynamic analysis.One is to choose the vault subsidence and peripheral convergence of the two items,and use the conventional method of linear regression analysis of monitoring data,automatically generated time-peripheral convergence cumulative displacement curve,the time-surrounding the cumulative displacement convergence rate curve,the time-vault subsidence displacement rate,time-vault subsidence displacement rate curve graph,predict the displacement and secondary lining,and through the change of the displacement,velocity and acceleration to judge the stability of surrounding rock.The other one is to set a warning value on the platform,the stability of surrounding rock more than warning value.For example,displacements platform will automatically send related messages to the relevant user.(5)In advance geological forecast technology,mainly studied thetypical casesof TSP,geological radar,transient electromagnetic principle and detection of tunnel geological advanced prediction technology,determined the prediction parameters of the advanced prediction in front of the tunnel face,and established the geological forecast by predicting parameters analysis table.Thus,intelligently predict theintegrity of rock mass,joint fissure development degree,groundwater development degree in front of the tunnel face.(6)Basing on the advanced comprehensive tunnel prediction system as well as the predecessors of common tunnel geological comprehensive prediction method and the working process of research,it can design a corresponding bad geological work process in the view of the differenttunnel information construction.In the process of TSP,geological radar,transient electromagnetic principle and detection of tunnel geological advanced prediction technology,select the relevant geological and geophysical exploration results parameters as the predicting parameters for the fault fracture zone,crushing of rock mass,rock mass of rich water,karst cave,and weak rock mass.And use the SVMto establish thecommon tunnel geological comprehensive prediction model.
