The problem of city ecological environment is a hotspot, which concerned at large and discussed widely in the world nowadays, also considered on city construction and planning in the new century. The concept of city ecologic land is a relatively new interdisciplinary research field, which services for city ecological environment with a new point of view. It is important to eco-environmental protection and sustainable agricultural development. This study took Qingpu District of Shanghai, as an example, took landscape ecology, city forestry for theory criteria, utilized geographic information systems software Arcgis as supporting instrument, studied on the construct actuality for Landscape Pattern of City ecological land, and adopt analytic hierarchy process (AHP),brought up a suit of evaluating indicator system for systematization, layering with quantification, and turned in quantifying evaluation for city ecological land construction of Qingpu. Some optimization measures about city ecological-land construction in Qingpu were suggested in the end.The results were as follows:(1) There were seven major landscape elements for city ecological land in Qingpu District of Shanghai, i.e., waters, grass-lands, tree-lands, shrubbery-lands, tree belts-lands, other wood-lands, and the potential-lands for ecological. The potential lands for ecological, which occupied 35.77% of the total area of city ecological-land in Qingpu. Therefore, it was more important to planning the potential-lands for ecological reasonably.(2) Analyzed on fragmentation index, landscape patch density, and the ratio between perimeter and area, the results showed that three landscape elements, including tree-lands, shrubbery-lands and tree belts-lands, were more broken. They were interfered with human. In addition, as the corridor the landscape connectivity of tree belts-lands was weak. Therefore, the landscape pattern of city ecological land was unreasonable in Qingpu District of Shanghai. It was very important to optimize the landscape pattern of city ecological land in Shanghai, where the land resources was infrequent.(3) A suit of evaluating index system of city ecological-land for construction, including 3 layers and 18 indicators, had been put forward. The index system, which made use of the impersonal indicators, and considered data getting conveniently, had high reliability. Besides, the index system that centered on the ecological environment construction. It made some standards value of indicator by contrasting planning value.(4) Based on city ecological land evaluating index system by this paper, the city ecological land for construction comprehensive evaluation indices of Qingpu scored for 0.5546, laid in beta III degree upper reach level, and laid out unreasonable comparatively, function value general, showed more potential for optimization. The main reasons corresponded with actuality investigation including the forest coverage rate, the value of forest and road network. In 2020, the comprehensive evaluation indices of Qingpu will reach in beta I .(5) In 2020, the landscape pattern of city ecological-land will have three big strategically districts in Qingpu. They are the districts of Dian-shan Lake scenically resort, the districts of Liudian area include surrounding and the districts of Western part of Zhaotun town. Besides, the landscape patterns of city ecological-land in Qingpu district of Shanghai will layout three horizontal corridors and three vertical corridors. Three horizontal corridors are the Huqing road to Huqing freeway, Beiqing road, and Xinchi River to Liukou River. Three vertical corridors are Tong-shan freeway, Zhaoqing road, and Dianfeng River to Liudian River.
