| Railway lines are the foundation of railway transportation, they are also the primary rail transport basic conditions. The main features of the High-speed railway track compared to the general lines is the high ride comfort. At present, the repair operations of the domestic and foreign main rail route, especially high-speed, heavy line, are completed by the special equipments mainly to large maintenance machinery.Because of technical complexity, operating precision and high efficiency the large track maintenance machinery become the representative of mechanized track maintenance, it plays a key role in the country's existing line of the railway transformation, the increase speed and the construction of new lines, it has become one of the China's 10 major signs of railway technology and progress, it is a major equipment of comprehensive railway line maintenance.The idea in this paper is: on how to improve integrated circuits maintenance quality by large track maintenance machinery, analyze the evaluation of the quality of railway maintenance of the status and standards of domestic and international, analyze the operations and the acceptance criteria of China's large track maintenance machinery, use the method to inform the experts, selected models of restraint, use the theory of AHP, established analysis model, identify the impact of the qualitys of weight of comprehensive maintenance between the different programme, with the actual production, analyze the results of model, on this basis, to improve the programme and verify the scientific by the effect of the implementation of the programme.The way of research in this paper: establish the system of evaluation, mainly use of qualitative analysis and expert argument; when establish the model of evaluation, establish the judgement matrix through the analyse of relevant impact; after determined the programme in weight, for comparison and analysis, proposed and verify to improve the programme.
