Concrete is a brittle materials whose compressive strength is a large, tensile and flexural strength is small. The deck of the concrete pavement and thin-walled shell structure mainly bearing impact of fatigue and the role wheel load easily crack. A large number of experiments and engineering practice shows that the mixing of steel fiber concrete, not only can improve anti-cracking of the pavement structure and the impact toughness under the wheel load, but also in the same traffic conditions, can reduce the panel thickness to increase the plate size plane, reducing the number of joints in - will be able to raise the level of road comfort.Although the initial cost of steel fiber reinforced concrete pavement is larger, general conditions, to double the cost of unilateral concrete, but the low rate of broken boards, long service life. Note comparison of steel fiber reinforced concrete and plain concrete trabecular fatigue test, we may find that the fatigue cycle times of steel fiber reinforced concrete are generally 10-15 times that of ordinary concrete. On the other hand, after the fracture , the condition of steel fiber reinforced concrete road is a chain, the residual life expectancy higher than that of ordinary concrete and more. Life-cycle process from the analysis of steel fiber reinforced concrete bridge deck construction costs doubled, the fatigue life increased by 10 times. On the whole, it is cost-effective. Its surface layer is thinner than that of ordinary concrete pavement. Concrete pavement is generally the thickness of an ordinary 65% ~ 75%. In China, on the section which extraordinarily severe heavy traffic and severe overloading, steel fiber reinforced coagulation is an important alternative structures and it is one of the bridge structure possible to meet the design service life of the base period. Especially in recent years, with the substantial increase in road traffic, increasing overloading of goods vehicles, medium and large accelerated the destruction of the bridge deck pavement has seriously affected the quality of the use of roads and bridges. In recent years the construction of highway, bridge deck pavement of large and medium-sized roughness of the increasingly high demand for ordinary cement concrete bridge deck easily broken, easy to wear all the more conspicuous shortcomings. After the shortcomings lead to less than life, combined with cement concrete bridge deck damage, the repair is quite difficult to conservation on the one hand. on the other hand, resulted in a more negative impact on society. Increasing the volume of traffic in heavy vehicles increased, the growing urgency of solving the above problems. Therefore, analysis of how the use of new materials and new technologies to maintain the concrete bridge deck pavement performance is very important.In view of the diseases such as cracks, broken slab, local crushing and so on universally existed in concrete bridge deck pavement, at present, the advanced patching technology and strengthening the flooring structure are mainly used to solve the questions. In the process of implementation of concrete bridge deck pavement, The Liaocheng Highway administration Department, once attempted to use a 3- 5 centimeter asphalt concrete road pavement surface layer to improve the performance, but the effect is not ideal, in a short time, the crack presents.In view of this kind of situation, The Road Design institute of Liaocheng Highway administration Department, test chamber have specially established applied research group of the cement coagulation earthen road pavement and the flooring strengthen system in May, 2001. On the foundation of widely consulting of the domestic and foreign material, and joined with the Jiangsu Province road examination engineering technology Research center of Southeast University, explored the use of the steel textile fiber concretes to replace the ordinary reinforced concrete to carry on the cement coagulation earthen road pavement and the flooring construction and patching, based on this ,studies the feasibility of its application, the pavement structure design target and the corresponding construction technique and the method, thus creates the condition for promoted application of the steel textile fiber concretes in highway engineering construction further.On the foundation of summarizing the domestic and foreign research results, in view of the major characteristic of our country that heavy load takes a large proportion in highway traffic , in the full use local building material's foundation, this paper takes present "Road Cement Coagulation Earthen road pavement Design Standard" and "Road surface Construction technique Regulations" as the foundation, (steel textile fiber concretes flooring) takes the research content by the Shandong Province Pingyin Yellow River bridge reinforcement maintenance engineering the main backing, through the bridge floor structure analysis, the road with the material performance and the technical parameter research, the discussion is technically feasible, and the economy is reasonable, and can adapt the heavy load transportation demand steel textile fiber concretes bridge floor structure and the construction technique method. The main research content is:1. Mechanical properties and serviceable analysis of steel textile fiber concretes material Through the data retrieval and the preliminary experimental study, the steel textile fiber concretes material the enhancement mechanism are clear, the technical performance, the experiment obtain suit in the heavy load transportation road surface steel textile fiber concretes material composition.2. Test research of steel textile fiber concretes material performance According to the chosen steel textile fiber concretes material, through different mixes combination test, to the study different stratification structure's steel textile fiber concretes' anti-crack, resistant to compression, anti-pulls as well as mechanical properties curved and so on, thus provides the reliable basis for the road surface structural design.3.Study on steel Fiber Reinforced Concrete Bridge Deck Construction Technology On the basis of experimental research, through the pilot of the paved bridge deck pavement, we have made a comprehensive analysis of steel fiber reinforced concrete bridge deck pavement construction technology and proposed the appropriate process technology and quality control indicators.
