SFRC+AC is a new composite pavement structure which connects the high strength of SFRC with the riding comfort of the asphalt concrete. SFRC as the basis of rigidity, mainly plays an important part in load bearing, and supplies the reliable support for the pavement. The AC plays a role in functions to improve the comfort of the pavement, to lower the noise level, to relieve the striking of pavement caused by travelling crane, to decrease the tired stress of load bearing in rigidity and of the temperature and to be convenient for maintanance so as to reduce the accident rate when appied to the tunnel. Therefore, the type of the composite pavement is a sound structure form in character of service.The thesis, on the basis of summarizing the present study and appliance at abroad and home, integrates the present test strandard with the special environment of tunnel pavement, to discuss systemicly the design theory of composite pavement firstly for supplying the reliable theory for the SFRC+AC design. Then, ANSYS is used to make the stimulation calculation of SFRC, and to anylasize the result, then as well as to put forward the slab length about from 6m to18m; secondly, BISAR is used to make the stress stimulation calculation to the thickness of the SFRC+AC for getting the interlayer's maximum shearing stess to be increased as the thickness of AC is decreasing, and the interlayer's shearing stess being maximum when the status of connection is better and better, recommending the thickness of SFRC+AC about from 6cm to 10cm. With the connection of the specialenvironment of the pavement, it is tried to regard the shearing stress as the suitable index of the thickness'design of the composite asphalt pavement.Finally, to test the major property of SFRC verifies the favorable property of Steel fiber reinforced concrete, and connecting the practical conditions of tunnel pavement, by the structure design, verifies the feasibility of composite pavement applied to the tunnel pavement to supply a better way for designing the tunnel pavement.
