At present domestic commonly used three kinds of steel bridge deck pavement,which are epoxy asphalt concrete,modified asphalt SMA asphalt concrete and cast asphalt concrete,the survey found that in use process there all exist different degrees of disease,especially large area cracks and potholes were the most common.Therefore developing a kind of steel bridge deck pavement patching material which has convenient construction,short curing time,high strength,good toughness is necessary.According to the characteristics of the steel bridge deck pavement repairing materials and related technical requirements,this paper designed and developed a new repairing epoxy resin adhesive;In the development process of the epoxy adhesive,this paper tested its multiple performances,and trials show that the epoxy resin shear strength can reach 4.78 MPa after curing 4h under 30 ?,which can satisfy completely the requirements of openning traffic,and beneficial to reduce the traffic pressure in a timely manner.On the basis of the related literature review,through a series of tests to determine the various components of epoxy adhesive and the best dosage of components,including curing agent,toughening agent,promoter,and named it repaired type I.Shear mechanics performance in room temperature of repair type I epoxy adhesive was determined by the experiment after curing different time in different temperature,and extension performance,ultraviolet aging resistance and acid resistance,etc.In order to save the project cost and prevent the steel bridge deck repaired parts appearing serious damage due to water seepage,this article adjusted stone than to meet the requirements from the anti-sliding performance,anti-seepage performance,economy three aspects.Through using MTS fatigue testing machine to carry out three-point flexural fatigue test for epoxy resin concrete specimen curing different time under different temperature to verify the influence of curing temperature and curing time on the fatigue performance of epoxy resin concrete after opening the traffic,the logarithm of fatigue life for the vertical axis,the stress ratio for the horizontal axis,to establish the relationship between stress intensity ratio and the fatigue life curve,and obtains the corresponding fatigue equation and correlation coefficient.Based on the differences between laboratory and actual road situation,in order to make the interior stress fatigue test result accords with the practice of pavement fatigue state,this paper corrected the fatigue equations appropriately.Finally,for construction concerns,through the viscosity-temperature time curve.this paper determined the repair type I construction shelter time,and put forward some suggestions and technical requirements for the repairing resin concrete construction technology,and provided technical guarantee for the popularization and application of this technology in the future.
