Molded pulp products with environmentally friendly features, was widely thought to be the ideal alternative packaging products of EPS, and so much pollution to the environment. However, there were greater differences between pulp molded products and the traditional cushioning material, people are still not enough in-depth understanding to the cushion , these reasons led to molded pulp products, cushion packaging design lacking the necessary experimental data and theoretical Guidance, the experience has been in a blind design, design cycles long, high costs, has seriously hampered the development of pulp molded industry.In order to reduce or avoid unnecessary destructive testing, reduce test costs in the actual design cycle, simulation technology will be applied to pulp molded cushion packaging system is conducive to repeatedly modify model parameters, and optimize the buffer packaging design, to more effective results ,to improve the accuracy of the buffer packaging design and economy. And establish a set of accurate and effective method of quality evaluation and testing system. Through experiments, simulations and theoretical basis, can be a more accurate evaluation of the pulp molded cushioning properties.Based on the molded pulp cushion packaging system characteristics, do dynamic analysis, establish the dynamic model of vibration and dropping systems . Application of Matlab / Simulink dynamic simulation tools for pulp molded cushion packaging , and get the displacement - time curve, the speed - time curve, acceleration - time curve.This article is a research and analysis of the molded pulp materials and structural characteristics at the same time, understand the industry's test status, select the relevant enterprises, representatives of electronic products and their packaging, the product Nizhen test. Reference to international organizations ISTA 3A transport safety testing standards, the choice of random vibration test, free drop test and packaging three typical compression test pilot. Based on test results, the evaluation system to cushion packaging product protection, and the establishment of the molded pulp material characteristics of the performance evaluation system, thus the test results will play a guiding role to the structural design and performance evaluation.
