Research Of The Humanization Design Of Contemporary Hospital In-patient Department In China

Along with the increasing of the population, people's need to medical treatment facilities also expands immediately. 80's in 20 centuries, our country got into the high peak period of hospital construction. For making up the lack of hospital bed number, hospitals of this period usually pursue high amounts of beds, but neglected the consideration of humanized problem in the medical treatment buildings. At the end of 20 centuries even getting into the 21 centuries, such of the situations still didn't get an improvement. Seeing from the development process of the western mode of medical treatment, our medical mode is stayed in the stage which changes from the machine medical mode towards the whole medical mode, more and more importance had been attached to the humanization in the designing of hospital. The medical treatment building designers also start paying attention to this topic.The in-patient department is the biggest part in a hospital, particularly the common nursing units. The design will influence the whole quality of the hospital directly. So the humanization design of the in-patient department is also the key of the whole hospital. The dissertation combines two above-mentioned important points, studying the advantage and shortage of the humanization design of contemporary Chinese hospital in-patient department. Then put forward some mature humanization design methods and theories of China and abroad.Firstly, by investigation and the data collection, research the various in-patient departments in various places, various periods to get the advantage and shortage of the humanization design of the hospital in-patient department of our country, get the reasons and put forward some measures.Moreover, from two generous sides of aiming at the humanization design of patients and aiming at the paramedics and visitors, put forward some cases and theories for humanization design of our hospital in-patient department. For the humanization design of the patients, the dissertation take three aspects of the design of sickroom, interior repair and public spaces into account. For the humanization design of paramedics, I take aspects of the design of nurse station, nursing room and vertical traffic into account.Finally, simply conclude the gain and loss of the humanization design of hospital in-patient department of our country and elaborating the ideal development direction in the future and fine wishes.
