The high speed railway demands a better lighting weight of coach, but the lighting weight of coach has a sensitive impact on the rigidity. The lighting weight of coach always results in the rigidity falling down and worse dynamic quality. With the increment of speed, the frequency of excitation becomes more broad. The high frequency can cause more elastic vibration of the coach and the acceleration becoming bigger both vertical and lateral. The back action from coach to bogie can also create bad effect on running quality and length of coach life.The past theory of vehicle system dynamics based on muti-rigid body dynamics, the car body is treated as rigid body, the model of vehicle system is composed of mass point, spring and damp. In fact, the elastic vibration has directly influence on running quality. The vibration and noise on 25T are obviously. Besides the rigid motion, it also exists problems that the analysis on rigid model can not explain. The vibration can not be neglected under high speed.This thesis is based on theory of elastic dynamics. Both the elastic and rigid model are developed, according to the analysis between two models under the same excitation, we can find the difference and the get the method of elastic vibration analysis. In order to make the results more remarkable, we locate the speed of 160 Km/h. The results under every frequency are compared between the rigid and elastic model, this can make good sense of rider, s amenity and running stability.
