With the improvement of China's scientific and technological level,the production and utilization rate of coach is rising.Coach as one of the most important vehicle of public transportation,much attention has been paid to its safety performance.Coach accident has a great deal of harm and cause the passenger group die group of injury easily.The death rate of rear impact accident is not high,but the injuries rate is the highest.The seat plays an important role in rear impact accident.The passive safety of the seat is an important part of seat safety evaluation.Analyzing the security performance of the different structure seats and summarizing the structure parameters of seat which has safety performance are important.They have certain guiding significance to the research of passenger injury protection and seats structure improvement.This paper choices the different seat structure parameters and builds the seats Finite Element Model with different structure parameters based on the ergonomic design principle and the national standards of coach seat.The paper uses Mimics,Geomagic Studio,Truegrid software and collects the bone data of a height 170 cm,weight 68 kg healthy adult male volunteer to perfect the simplified finite element model of human upper body skeleton and improve the authenticity of the bone simulation.The paper checks the quality of the grid,sets the unit properties and contact way,completes the combination of human body finite element model and seats finite element model.Verify the validity of the seat finite element model and the human-seat finite element model which used in analysis though experimental data comparison method.Through the ANSYS/LS-DYNA analysis we knows that vertebra C2?C6?C7 and intervertebral disk C4-C5?C5-C6 are the vulnerable positions in rear impact.The paper uses the orthogonal experimental design method.In the method,the maximum stress and maximum strain of vertebra C2?C6?C7 and intervertebral disk C4-C5?C5-C6 are evaluation parameters,the seat headrest backset clearance,headrest height,height of lazyback,backrest angle,back of a chair materials elastic modulus,cushion Angle and elastic modulus of cushion material are the test factors.Eighteen times experiment was carried out in this paper.The paper uses Minitab software for data analysis and determines the optimized combination scheme of the design parameters.According to the data analysis,the paper puts forward improvement Suggestions of the seat structure.
