Recently, many giant companies all over the world are pouring their efforts into the pre-development of low-pressure appliances, which has already shown a sign of success. The accuracy of measurement as well as the means of protection has been greatly improved. The thesis aims at this new development direction, through which one could explore a kind of control technology suitable for low pressure breaker and invent new electronic controllers accordingly.In this paper, on the basis of fully assimilation of domestic and foreign electronic and electric theory and also the technical literature, we did an in-depth research on the control technology of controllers in plastic breaker, and gave the specific programs of hardware and software, achieved accurate protection. Traditional two protected traditional mode of change into the three protected mode, through a variety of ways to enhance the electromagnetic compatibility, in areas such as breaking, arc-performance has improved greatly, while also achieving the scene adjustable features makes reliability, Practicality greatly improved, which is a strong impetus to the electronic breaker of plastic shell or even to intelligent communications.Taking all the standards from home and abroad and from the apparatus industry into account, with the theory introduced above, we made a sample controller for tests, through which, every respective capability and specification reached the demands of our original project.
