Now, cars have come into our lives, as an important parts, Auto Headlightsperformance that affect the driver's line of sight directly and affect driving safety.Traditional lighting System cannot completely meet the needs of the automobile drivingsafety now,It need a more intelligent headlamps that offer more rational illumination tothe driver, so AFS come into our lives.This topic develops the advanced AFS, the main contents include acquisition andconditioning of signals, the setting of CAN communication nodes and the designing ofcontrolling algorithms and programs of the driving state, vehicle steering and headlampscorner, etc., when the car is steering. First,in-depth analysis of the AFS system andexisting data acquisition systems, control systems and the implementation of institutionalresearch,and gives the overall design AFS system, according to the actual situation ofChina 's road to build AFS model and stepper motor model, and do model analysis. Andthen,use CAN bus technology to complete reliable and accurate communication whichis fast, and communication with other communication interfaces (SPI, serial, etc.) withother devices,and complete the hardware circuit design, including sensors (steering anglesensor, speed sensors, angular displacement sensor, etc.) circuitry, signal conditioning,motor drive circuit, power circuit, DSP peripheral circuit,etc.,and according to needing ofcontrol to design appropriate control algorithms and software programs. Finally, themodel uses MATLAB/Simulink simulation and comparison analysis, acquisite sensorcircuit signal and do analysis, the test of stepper motor drive, the test and analysis ofCAN bus communication.etc.
