The technology research of the diesel engine off-gas control has been widely considered by experts all over the world. The project of vehicle DPF(diesel particular filter) can basically resolve the problem of diesel engine carbon fume emission, the particle release purification ratio is greater than 95%, and the particle discharge of the diesel engine installing this project can achieve or exceed the Europe III standard. So it will definitely improve the city environment and accelerate the development of the whole society and the economy.In the area of DPF, institute of internal combustion engine has accumulated many experiences such the regeneration time and the regeneration valve opening. On the base of this technology we study the DPF's auto-control system and realize the system credible and reliable, and use it on the vehicle. First, we study the influence of DPF to the diesel performance and emission. Second, we explain the design of system, it is adopted Z86E08 single chip microcontroller made by ZILOG Company to control, including the hardware design and the software development. The paper elaborates the hardware's working principle and function and software's design ideology and programming principle. The hardware circuit consists of power module, input circuit apartment, external memory and display module. We study the hardware with PROTEL PCB tools to design circuit. On the principle of DPF we design the software, we using the ZILOG STDIO to program the software with the language of ZILOG chip microcomputer. After test, the DPF's auto-control system shows satisfactory result and good stable performance.
