Based on structure schemes and control means of 4ws technology to vehicles and aimed at the lateral angle of eg (center of gravity) in traditional engineering machine, the thesis puts forward a new veer auto-control system controlled by PIC16F877 micro-controller, which adopts the fuzzy logic as its control algorism and the zero departure angle of eg as system's control target. The exploit to the control system concludes following contents. First is the circuit design of system's hardware, its main contents comprise the design of data flowing channels and configures to ports of micro-controller. The second one is the software plan, including the fuzzy logic algorism designed by means of MATLAB/Fuzzy logic module and system's main programs. The third part is the simulation design to the system throughout MATLAB/SIMULINK modules and the statements of system simulation result. The result indicates that the new veer auto-control system gives one choice to the veer system design of construction machiner with wheels.
