| This thesis discusses design and implementation of an auto-body manufacturing process management system for Shanghai Auto Company. This system is the executive-based system for the company’s production management, and provides operational support for production tasks, quality management and process management.At present, with the demand of new-style vehicle manufacturing, and the specific requirements of creative process and overall quality management, the auto-body manufacturing workshop focuses on completing the following tasks:First of all, for the aspect of quality management of the whole manufacturing procedure, the emphasis is to effectively control the precision in the auto-body manufacturing process with the currently applied high-precision manufacturing management technology. Secondly, for the aspect of manufacturing equipment management, it provides data analysis and workload monitoring for the in-process equipment, as well as the complete benefit-oriented management of equipment operation, maintenance and output efficiency. Thirdly, for the aspect of workshop operation schedule management, it defines the distribution of production tasks through calculation in terms of equipment and process on the basis of output plan and actual load of the workshop. Last but not least, for the aspect of the process management, it supports relative services, such as planning, verification, test data management and analysis, process change, etc. according to the different manufacturing process in different programs. Besides, it periodically collects and analyzes the connected factors between product quality issues and process.This thesis demonstrates the main part of the development of this system by using the software engineering method. This system which is the important component of the corporate production management takes effect through JAVA and database programming, and has already integrated with other information system. |
