In recent years,with the development and progress of power electronics technology, more and more power electronic devices, such as: Power rectifiers, frequency converter, electric arc furnace, are used in power grid. Those equipment seriously pollutes the power resource for their nonlinear, impulsing, unbalance feature. Whereas, electrical equipments, used in modern industry, business and citizen, are more sensitive to power quality, require high quality power supply. As the waveform distortion would seriously endanger the safe operation of power system, all countries in the world try to solve and concern it. This paper tries to improve the mine hoist and upgrade the Qinan Mine grid and enhance the electrical quality to meet the national standards.The follows are the major contents in the thesis:1.In connection with the mine hoist of F-D system is transformed by the all-digital SCR-D control system, the analysis of harmful impact on electrical equipment which is under the influence of harmonic wave and reactive assault that is generated in the power grid of new system is proceeded, so mine Filter design principles and steps is presented.2.Using MATLAB software, a simulation study of input current harmonic and output current and voltage harmonic characteristics of Qinan mine had been realized.And high power rectifier circuit's harmonic characteristics is analyzed.A theoretical basis for mine filter design is provided.3.According to the distribution system of Mine features, a LC filter for the mine power grid is designed.Experiments demonstrated that LC filter has better adaptability on the power grid frequency fluctuations. For the actual situation of mine industrial site, the harmonic characteristics of 12 pulse converter DC-powered motor to accelerate and speed in the section of the harmonic characteristics mine hoist system has been done deep research on,and theory calculation of filter's effect is implemented in Qinan Mine.The wave filtering of LC filter which is used in power distribution system is studied in this thesis.The method of controlling the harmonic which is in mine electric power system is supplied.The research findings has been applied in the items of digital transformation about hoist's electronic power control system of qinan mine and harmonic processing of the grid.
