Intelligent Traffic Management System For The Urban

Urban intelligent transportation system is an important realistic solution for the transportation. It combines urban traffic control systems, advanced computer technology, automation technology, communications technology and artificial intelligence technology together. It brings new applications and requirements of the target to Automatic Control Theory.In this paper we discuss the development of ITS and ATMS Domestic and abroad, on the basis of status we Detail introduce urban intelligent traffic management system for a sub-system that the emergency management system's Composition and working principle .for its application in Dongying City, we design the Dongying City emergency management system.In this paper, for the city's traffic safety issues we deal with the traffic emergency and security and real-time analysis system for the study, we use technology and intelligent information processing technology to analyze its architecture, response rescue model ;we also analyze the automatic monitoring and alarm, Real-time analysis of traffic safety, transportation and emergency handling to assess the effectiveness, etc. we make an in-depth study in emergency management sub-system of GPS vehicle location system and the optimal routing algorithm.In this paper, we design the emergency management system as a whole architecture of the system detail, elaborate the business workflow, and accomplish the emergency detection and alarm, emergency rescue, emergency management etc. Then import Dijkstra algorithm to the emergency Management system.In the final ,on the basis of analysis to the urban intelligent traffic management system and the working principle and the development of domestic ATMS ,combinated with Dongying City traffic and transportation status of the skill level of intelligence, we make an emergency management system for Dongying City .
