Because of the good mechanical behavior and ductility which fulfills the needs of construction of new Austrian tunneling method (NATM), people are paying more and more attention to the steel fiber reinforced shotcrete (SRFC) and their research and application. Based on the former work systemicly summarized and to obtain the high performance steel fiber reinforced shotcrete mixed with blast-furnace slag, encircling on the task about " A mechanical behavior rescarch on the timbering steel fiber reinforced shotcrete", the paper studys the mechanical behavior and the influential facts of steel fiber shotcrete mixed with blast-furnace slag, discusses its failure mechanism, and discusses the construction technique of applying it into designing concrete mix ratio with two hypo-compound method. Frondose contents is as follows:The paper studys the law of setting time and adhibit behavior of cement--blast-furnace slag glue material, summarizes the affecting factor of its setteing time by changing water binder ratio, dosage of blast-furnace slag, dosage of setting-accelerator. It puts forward that when dosage of appropriate fineness blast-furnace slag is 25%, the cement--blast-furnace slag glue material can get better setting time and adhibit behavior.Some experiments have been finished on fluidness and mechanical behavior of original concrete. The concrete mix ratio of high performance concrete has been researched by changing water binder ratio and dosage of compounded superplasticicizers, which establish the base of concrete mix ratio design of steel fiber reinforced shotcrete with two hypo-compound method.As the steel fiber reinforced shotcrete mixed mith blast-furnace slag for the research object, the suitable concrete mix ratio has been designed with two hypo-compound method. With experimental research, the concrete mixture can achieve better fluidness, and concrete has higher mechanical behavior to meet the needs of design and apply. And then, with the locale experiment research, their contrast has been made, the approach being to approve behavior of concrete has been advanced. On the base of concrete experimental research, the paper analyzes the reinforced toughened mechanism of steel fiber and the failure mechanism of steel fiber reinforced shotcrete.
