In recent years, with deeply study about reinforced concrete of titanium and blast furnaceslag which applied to structure, the performance of reinforced concrete of titanium and blastfurnace slag is better than ordinary concrete, such as the pressure, tension, axial compression,shear, the gripping force with the steel bar and the durability. The reinforced concrete oftitanium and blast furnace slag is used widely in the area of Panzhihua, which get promotionin the structural engineering.The structure of reinforced concrete of titanium and blast furnace slag may be damagedin different degrees due to the various reasons during the use time, as a result that may reducecarrying capacity and influence the structural safety. The technology of the reinforced carbonfiber cloth is very popular because of its excellent physical performance in the field of thestructure reinforcement, but the reinforcement effect on the structure of reinforced concrete oftitanium and blast furnace slag must be pay more attention.This thesis conducts a research on the flexural properties of the normal section afterfinished reinforcing carbon fiber cloth, then made an experiment on six different reinforcedconcrete of titanium and blast furnace slag beams which have the different degree of differentload damage. The reinforced construction members under load which damaged with thetransfinite crack width before the carbon fiber cloth falling off, this moment the load is greaterthan the standard calculative carrying capacity which being used in the design of thereinforcement. Continue loading until there is a load rising up process and the sound ofcracking which has a certain warning function before the carbon fiber cloth falling off, and itdidnā€™t reach the ultimate bearing capacity at the moment. The reinforced carbon fiber clothhas a very good constraint function to the component crack and the deflect development.When the initial load damages, the reinforced performance of the construction memberswhich are no or serious (the tensile steel bars achieve yield strength) damage is more excellent,the reinforced performance of the construction members which has little (the concrete oftensile area cracks) damage is the worst. The ductility of the construction members reducesalong with the increase of the initial load damage, but it is all ductile fracture when it reachesthe limit bearing capacity in the final.
