Analysis Of Power Quality Test Of Comprehensive Governance Scheme In ShiZuishan District

With the advancement and development of the society, the supply of power has changed from planned economy mode to market economy mode. Under the condition of power market, the supply of power indicates to be a behavior of commercial services, and power has its attribution of quality as other commodities. With the rouse and the boosting up of costumer's law consciousness and multi-demands of power products, the standard of power quality is more and more strict. At the meantime, with the broad using of electrical power and electronic components, such as the popularization of household electric appliances, the use of industrial arc furnaces and the development of electrical railways, the main loads become more and more non-linear, which leads to the descendant of power net quality. The dispute caused by the power quality and the power security happened frequently. As a result of high energy consuming corporations swift and violently expanding in the district of ShiZuiShan, non-linear impactive loads constantly increased. These loads not only polluted the power quality of the net, but also threatened the safety, the stabilization and the high quality economical operation of the power net.This paper states the basic conception and characteristic of power quality with my opinion in the work, researches the typical loads in the district of ShiZuiShan -the theory that arc furnace and electrical steel impact power quality and the present and developing situation of five indicators of power quality, states the significances and necessity of improving net power quality, studies the theory of magnify and resonance of net power quality harmonics by the capacitor using for compensating and storing energy. By the actual measurement of transformer substation and sorts of typical customers' power quality in the district of ShiZuiShan, the paper analyzes the background of the current power quality and evaluates the holistic net, and puts forward the general scheme to ameliorate the district power quality. At the mean time, the paper proposes the governing plan of the single case by analyzing the existent problem using the power quality background testing, and making the simulating alanysis, checking calculation and etc. The achivement of the paper has important theoretical significance and practical value for guiding the planning, the construction and the management of power net.
