Abstract/Summary:
The large tonnage hydraulic carborne crane driving axle, which studies in this thesis, adopts the holistic welding axle casing, as the main bearing components of a crane, it requires sufficient intensity, stiffness and with a litter weight, but because of its complex shape, the stress calculation is more difficult. In this subject it shows the heavy axle casing's structure characteristics and the driven situation analysis, and also do the conventional theory calculation for the driving axle casing, after that it found the driving axle casing's 3D solid model, compartmentalize the griddings and calculate the intensity and stiffness in the finite element analysis method by using ANSYS finite element analysis software. Then optimize the axle casing thinking over the cross-section shape, partial design,material selection and so on. In the end, it calculate the axle casing which is optimized by using the finite element analysis method, demonstrate the feasibility and reliability by lower production costs in order to have a benefit for enterprise in the abstract.In this study, it deal with the driving axle casing by the finite element analysis in all typical working conditions, it shows that the driving axle casing meet the intensity and stiffness requirements, the finite element stress analysis conclusion and the calculation results with the conventional theory is basically with consistency. After the optimizing improvement in the driving axle casing's material and specification, it also analyse the improved driving axle casing in all typical working condition with the finite element method, it can tell us whether the conclusion explain that the intensity and stiffness meet the requirements.The conventional design method of the driving axle casing is mainly based on the experience of the designers or learn from the original design and then carry out with comprehensive consideration, it's difficult to establish quantitative goals, poor accuracy, the results also tend to conservative, it turns out to be under the most optimal design, then can not find accurately about the reflection the of the different parts of the driving axle casing which are under the stress and deformation, so there are many limitations. Correspondingly, by using finite element method, the driving axle casing's analysis can avoid these limitations commendably. As long as the continual practice and the learned lessons, it will constantly improve the accuracy and efficiency, this approach will be a powerful means in the product design work. The finite element method can be used in the product design stage to improve the analysis by repeat rapid design, and if it work in the optimization design methods, it turn out to search for the best design programs easily and get a better design effect.
