Exercise ECG test is effective for noninvasive diagnosing Coronary Artery Disease and it can provide better comprehensive effect to tester than any other diagnostic methods. It had significant impact in noninvasive diagnosing Coronary Artery Disease. Due to the improvement of medical and electronic technology, there were many new technology and ideas. The old fashion diagnostic method's flaws became more and more obviuous. Therefore the improvement of the old fashion diagnostic method was urgently needed.According to the deep investigation of current system, and the updated medical and electronic technology, this article designed a new exercise ECG test system. This new system provided better performance and higher sensitivity and specificity than the traditional device, and at the same time, the new system enlarged the kind of patient who can use exercise ECG test method. The new system made it possible to let more user take advantages of its noninvasice, high efficency and low cost.This article did unique research tasks in the following fields:1. Designed and made 12–leads ECG acquiring system The system includes impedance transform, multilevel amplification, analogical signal filter and 8 channels synchronic A/D conversion. In this system, we implemented circuit security by adopting photoelectronic and electromagnetic scheme. The communication technique in the article is USB transportation, and this method gives the whole system better availability.2. Designed and implemented power test bicycle system According to mathematic model of the power test bicycle, this article established the function relationship between input electrical current and the power load of tester. We made multilevel load control system and test scheme based on Bruce Test Scheme. Combined with the real-time rotate speed monitoring and security design, our new power test bicycle system could provide better load performances and safer testing environment to tester.3. Designed and programmed central control software and the ST/HR slope algorithm The operation of whole system is controlled by the central control sofrware including 12-leads ECG real-time display, the current load level and rotate speed of power test bicycle, heart rate of the tester and so on. The central control software also possessed the data saving and analyzes function, these functions guarantee the testing data to be safely saved and effectly analysed. The ST/HR slope algorithm is the core of the software analyzes function. This article designed a novel ST/HR slope algorithm based on the research of other scholar. The algorithm calculated ST/HR slope more effect, precisious and fast.In order to make the system perfect and research works keep going, the article gave a self-estimate at the end of ever chapter, and presented author's opinion about the future development.
