| This thesis aims to research in the design and the method of the simulation test of a custom-made bicycle by targeting the demands of the design and simulation of a custom-made bicycle while applying the ergonomic theory.The content of the research includes bicycle customization methods,human-bicycle modeling,optimization of bicycle parameters,human motion capture,riding simulation experiment,bicycle finite element analysis,bike simulation test and other related content.The full text and conclusions are as follows:(1)The modeling of the human-bicycle systems for specific cyclists.The three-dimensional model of the bicycle is established by using the “SolidWorks” software,and the human body model is established by using the “AnyBody” software,and the human-bicycle model is integrated into “Anybody” software.The models established with the above-mentioned software are intuitive,parameterized and accurate,which can lay the foundation for further studies in the following chapters.(2)Design of bicycle frame parameters based on comfort.Taking the position of the saddle relative to the centre shaft as the design variate,and using the uniform experiment method,the man-bike system model is used to simulate the riding,and the average maximum muscle activity value of the lower limb muscle is taken as the objective function,optimized bike frame parameters.According to the same method,a series of simulation experiments are carried out to obtain a corresponding series of bicycle frame optimization parameters suitable for different human body sizes.By means of the regression analysis method,the mapping relationship between the human body size parameters and the bicycle frame parameters is obtained.Select a bike frame parameters suitable for a particular rider to make a physical prototype bicycle to provide conditions for subsequent cycling tests.(3)Ride simulation experiment and frame load acquisition.The first step is to acquire the movement data of a specific rider during bike-riding process through motion capture experiment.Then,the data acquired through motion capture experiment was taken as the input of the human-bicycle simulation experiment to get the loaded data acted on the frame,which laid the foundation for bicycle strength analysis in subsequent chapters.Experimental data shows that the load acted on the bike during cycling is variational with a maximum and minimum number,and the load can be used for strength analysis of the frame.(4)Strength analysis and simulation test of the custom-made bicycle.The finite element analysis method is used to analyze the strength of the frame and the structural parts are improved by means of the load data obtained by the simulation experiment.On this basis,the simulation test bench is built,and the load data obtained by the riding experiment were used to simulate the frame. |
