| This paper aimed at the structure and continuous working characteristics of centrifugal air compressor and upgrade "2MCL air compressor on-line vibration monitoring and diagnosis system" which installed in 1998.The paper analyzed application status and prospects of Predictive Maintenance System in domestic enterprises compared with abroad, on the basis of rotating machinery fault diagnosis model, the paper analyzed the common faults and the main reasons of compressor vibration, the fault model and the mechanism of compressor system. The methods of fault diagnosis, the dynamics model of rotor and the analysis of vibration signals were also discussed. Finally the paper introduced the key technology of hardware and software of the system in details. The hardware scheme and how to implement data acquisition and signal conditioning, calibrate sensors and design Sound-Light alarm system. On the other hand, the software include the function of framework and study of real-time multi-processing mode.Through signal processing, pattern recognition, intelligent diagnosis, forecast decision-making, computer development and the technology of rotating machinery fault diagnosis, the system monitoring the vibration parameters and performance parameters of the rotating machinery in the operation process. During operation period, the system diagnoses whether, which, where, how serious and development trends the fault is and developed corresponding countermeasures. The system came from application project and was developed based on the request of users. The system was efficient, accurate and easy to operate. It was improved gradually, the function have been verified and satisfied by users. |
