| Urban water network system is one of the most important basic establishments in modern city, and its operational reliability is directly related to the normal life and the industrial activity of people. With the rapid development of modern Sci. & Tec. and the persistent increasing standard of people's living, the reliability of urban water network system has been the one of the research hotspots in recent years. Through reliability assessment of the water network, it is helpful to find out the weakness of the existed system, and then the corresponding maintenance and alteration can be easily carried out. It can be utilized to compare the different designs.From the basic theory of the reliability research, the reliability of pumping station, delivery pipe and distribution pipe system have been analyzed and studied, the mainly work and conclusion are as following:â‘ Based on the traditional hydraulic calculation of the water distribution pipe network, considered the nodes flow changing with the nodes pressure during the hydraulic analysis, resolved the nodes pressure and practical water delivery in the running operation, the dynamic work of the network running can be understand from these, and these can provide a basis for analyzing the pipe network reliability of subsequent pipe networkâ‘¡Because there is more equipment in the pumping station, the factors affecting the reliability of the equipment are more complicated. The reliability element has been applied. According to the reliability principle of recoverability system, the system availability, average trouble-free time and average maintenance down time are put forward as reliability indexes; the reliability of pump station has been analyzed.The reliability of delivery pipe system has been analyzed by the reliability principle of recoverability system; the reliability models have been established and calculated quantitatively; through the comparative analysis, the reliability model of double-tube delivery pipe system with contact pipe is the best.â‘¢In combined with the network structure of urban water supply pipe network, the network reliability assessment model of the distribution pipe nodes and pipe system has been established, and analyzed the effect of the reliability of water supply pipe nodes and pipe system by the network structure of water supply pipe. â‘£Meeting to the demand for water consumption of the nodes is put forward as reliability index. The reliability assessment model of the distribution pipe nodes and pipe system which reflects delivery capacity of water supply pipe has been established by probability theory and hydraulic analysis, and the reliability of pipe system has been assessed quantitatively by analyzing the case.The reliability theory of the water distribution pipe has been applied to practical project, the project has achieved good result. |
