| In recent years,the contradiction between supply and demand for water supply in old communities has gradually become prominent.The network leakage in the small area is serious,resulting in insufficient water volume and water pressure during peak water consumption,which seriously affects the water consumption of residents.The old secondary water supply facilities are not cleaned and repaired in time,the leakage in the pumping station is large,and there are hidden dangers in water quality safety.In order to solve the user’s water safety problem,ensure the stable water supply of the old community,and avoid emergencies,it is imperative to reform the secondary water supply of the old community.This thesis takes the intranet and pumping station of the old community in Shenhe District,Shenyang City as the research object.First,it analyzes the current situation of the intranet and pump station of the old community in Shenhe District.The results show that there are 27 community intranets with aging pipes and serious corrosion.,The problem of frequent water leakage,39 pumping stations are too old,the pumps are out of repair for a long time,water leakage,etc.,of which 13 pumping stations have an average monthly unit power consumption of more than 1.00 k W·h/m~3 There are 27 places with 53566.5 m of pipe network that need to be replaced.Therefore,the renovation of the internal network and pumping station of the old community in Shenhe District is urgent.On the basis of clarifying the internal network and pumping station of the old community,the reconstruction plan of the internal network and pumping station was proposed and analyzed.When replacing the water supply pipe network of the old residential quarters of Shenhe District,PE pipes below DN100(including DN100)are used(imported raw materials,blue pipes),and ductile iron pipes above DN100 are used.The working pressure of the pipes is greater than 1.07 MPa(test pressure)1.6 MPa)using steel-plastic composite pipe.A total of 39 booster pumping stations need to be renovated,focusing on the energy-saving renovation of the primary water intake measurement,and the water jet stacking type is used for the Huafu No.1 Pumping Station,Sanjing Nonferrous Pumping Station,Railway No.2 Pumping Station,and Yonghuan Pumping Station.Transformation.The energy-saving renovation projects using the residual pressure of the pipe network mainly include pipelines(1555 m),34 water inlet gates,39 bypass gates,234 flanges,39 electric contact pressure gauges,and 2 PLC control terminals.The pumping station was reconstructed by jet stacking,2 PLC control terminals were replaced,3DN40 jets,6 DN32 jets,and 9 jet pipe control valves were replaced.Through the monthly consumption before and after the transformation of Wusan Pumping Station,Zhejiang Pumping Station,Railway Erjing Pumping Station,Hongda Second Pumping Station,Sanba Nanli Pumping Station,Xiangshun Pumping Station,Xiushan Pumping Station and Shuaifu Eight Pumping Stations Electricity analysis shows that the monthly electricity consumption of the pumping station has dropped significantly after the renovation.Compared with before the renovation,the average monthly power consumption of Wusan Pumping Station,Railway Erjing Pumping Station,Hongda Second Pumping Station,Xiushandong Pumping Station and Shuaifu Pumping Station decreased by 13.75%,26.2%,45.9%,52.5% and 22.3%,saving electricity costs 613.7,1042.1,1369,1148.6 and 154.1 yuan respectively.Through the economic analysis of the renovation project,it can be seen that after the renovation,each secondary booster pumping station saves about 3,13.13 yuan per year,indicating that the renovation of the pumping station has good economic benefits.In addition,after the completion of the renovation project of the community water supply network,the water quality has been improved,and the leakage of the pipe network has been reduced.This not only improves economic efficiency,but also facilitates the Shenhe Business Branch of Shenyang Water Group to further carry out daily meter reading,charging,service and maintenance of management work.It not only guarantees the water demand of users,but also improves the quality of water supply service and management level. |
