Study On The Urban Rail Transit On The Impact Of The Economic And Social Development

Urban rail transit is one of the effective measures to solve urban traffic congestion in the major cities at home and abroad, which plays extremely important role in modern cities. The urban rail transit system significantly promotes the development of city's rapid economic development and the improvement of the ecological environment, and achieves the unity of the three of economic, social and environmental benefits of the city. It can meet the economic, social and urban development needs, highlighting the features and functions of cities, accelerate modernization, and will have a positive impact of urban layout, the look of the city, environmental protection, housing, public housing patterns and lifestyles.This paper studies on the urban rail transit on the impact of the economic and social development. Study the following:Study the following analysis of the regional influence of the Chongqing Municipal status, use of AHP establishment of a regional impact assessment model; Using of the principle of regional economics establish Chongqing municipal infrastructure construction and economic growth relational model and Chongqing municipality economic growth and model; Rail traffic on the spur economic growth and improve urbanization were measured.Analyze the target beneficiaries along the urban rail transit. Establish the Chongqing Municipal Rail Transit direct economic model, forecast No. 1 and No.3 of the direct economic benefits. Analyze the new Rail Transit industry of Chongqing.; Analyze URT on the impact of the value of real estate, and establish the Chongqing Rail traffic on the impact of the real estate value-added model.Empirical analyze on the URT No. 2, including easing the main urban traffic jams, providing jobs for the labor movement, impact of the real estate and business along the urban rail transit, and impact of environment of the main urban. Establish the result model of construction of affordable housing surrounding the Station of the URT and the results were analyzed.
