With the rapid development of China’s economy, the continuous expansion of city, the rapid increase of urban population, traffic congestion problem more and more serious. Therefore, in major cities across the country, draw lessons from foreign successful experiences to solve the problem of urban traffic, building energy saving, environmental protection, large capacity, fast orbit transportation as the main body, with other forms of transportation, coordination with each other, forming a comprehensive three-dimensional urban public traffic network become a hot spot, but from the perspective of the experience of rail transit construction, urban rail transit is still a safe hidden trouble, especially in our country, in under the influence of many factors, some of the subway construction project is often in the absence of scientific system argument hurried on, combined with the not mature construction technology and construction management of a weak, makes the process of the project construction of the subway construction frequent accidents, with subway construction accident, is the number of economic, social, and environmental damage. So, the effect factors of urban rail transit construction safety comprehensive thorough analysis, and promptly take appropriate measures to solve the problem is particularly important.Urban rail transit construction safety risk analysis is an important part of the whole urban rail traffic management, can play a role in a review of the construction of, the key to scientific evaluation is to establish a scientific and rational evaluation index system and adopt a reasonable evaluation method. The main content of this article is based on the characteristics of urban rail transit and construction standards and comprehensive system to build in the course of the construction of urban rail transit in security risk evaluation index system, and USES the AHP (analytic hierarchy process, the AHP) to weight sorting of the evaluation index system, and the subway construction in dalian questionnaire analysis, the relevant departments to get the score of each evaluating index in the situation, in the corresponding index of weighted summation, the resulting overall security level of metro construction project in dalian. Finally, aiming at the existing safety problems of subway construction, and develop improvement measures and management scheme, in order to achieve the purpose of risk analysis, specific content is as follows:(?)first in combination with the era background of the urban rail transit construction, puts forward the necessity of safety analysis;(?) safety assessment in the process of combination of rail transit construction at home and abroad and the research progress of rail transit, on the basis of characteristics, to identify factors influencing the safety in the construction of rail transit, and discusses in detail the various factors in the evaluation index system of;(?) using analytic hierarchy process (ahp) concrete analysis weights of factors affecting the safety of construction, and find out the main factors and secondary factors affecting the safety of construction;(?) in rail transit construction in dalian, for example, by influencing factors identification, constructs the evaluation index system, through the questionnaire analysis, summary index score, to determine the rationality and stability of the overall construction;(?) improvement measures are put forward and management scheme, provide the certain reference to subway construction in China;...
