The Evaluation Study And Analysis Of Urban Rail Transit And Bus Transfer Site In Xi’an

With the rapid development of economy and urbanization, traffic jam becomes more and more serious. An important measure to develop public traffic is establishing a comprehensive passenger transportation system with all kinds of traffic modes mutual coordination, using rail traffic as framework.On the basis of analysis the system performance of urban rail traffic and bus interchanges, according to the function of passenger transfer system and the services demand for transfer, we have identified four aspects of efficiency, convenience,comfort and safety. Construction of the evaluation index system of urban rail trafftic and bus transfer, studied each index in detail and determine how to calculated the index. Based on the systematic study and research the evaluation method and one the combination of the characteristics of urban rail transit and bus transfer system, we use the combination of the AHP and entropy method to determine the index weight, and use the gray relational analysis and fuzzy comprehensive method to portfolios evaluate. According to the city transfer system indicators hierarchy,layer by layer to calculate the weight of the final composition and the evaluation value. The evaluation results reveal the efficient, convenient, comfortable and safe four aspects of the integrated value of the transfer system, the evaluation level particularly clear. Finally, based on the actual case of Xi’an Metro Line2transfer sites, the evaluation index system and method of this article structures were validated,through case studies to verify the constructed evaluation index system and evaluation methods feasibility and operability,then put forward relevant proposals for appropriate site.
