Nowadays some military and civil departments and researchers pay more attention to micro air craft (MAV), because of its special flight performance and latent application. Different function, conformation and layout of aerodynamic crafts are designed out in succession, such as fixed wings, rotor aircrafts and ornithopter. Fixed wings aircrafts and ornithopter can fly forward fast, and rotary wings aircrafts can vertically take off and land and hover, but the aircrafts which can vertically take off and land , hover and also can fly forward fast are rare. The thesis integrates the good points of fixed wings and rotary wings and applies ducted fan structure to design out new pattern aerodynamic-layout micro craft which can VTOL and hover and also can fly forward fast, and to design out micro rotary wings fitting the Low-Reynolds. Subsequently, in order to fit the calculation of CFD software, the thesis sets up the geometric model of the new pattern MAV with rotary wings and simplifies the model and leads User-defined functions (UDF) to give computed fields to generate grid. Furthermore, it uses CFD separately to compute the rear end of duct, the rear end without rotary wings of bypass and the rear end with rotary wings of bypass. Eventually, the thesis compares the three different structures and draws the more reasonable aerodynamic structure.Through computational analysis, the vertical direction and the horizontal direction of the aircraft are equivalent, and the torque and the anti-torque of the aircraft is also equivalent. The aircraft can vertically take off and land, hover and fly forward fast.
