In the last years, the typical consumer electronics became more and more mobile. The energy supply of these devices has drawn a lot of attentions. Piezoelectric energy harvesting is a new type micro-power generator, its structure is simple, it doesn't heat and it is easy to manufacture. Piezoelectric energy harvesting can be used in many applications, such as the sensor and monitor system. In this paper we used piezoelectric device to convert mechanical energy to electric energy. The electric energy is provided to different storage devices, such as capacitor or battery. The main work accomplished is summarized as follows:1. I design the mechanical device of piezoelectric energy harvesting. We use the knowledge of mechanical vibration and piezoelectric to analyze the mechanical device, and get the result of that mechanical device parameter influence capability of piezoelectric energy harvesting.2. I design different piezoelectric energy harvesting circuit and control circuit. And analyze the result of circuit parameter influence capability of piezoelectric energy harvesting. In last we compare capability of these piezoelectric energy harvesting circuits.3. I design the DC-DC convert circuit and control circuit. The DC-DC convert circuit is used for power optimization or load voltage regulation. In last we get an idea of self-power supply for piezoelectric energy harvesting circuit.
