Bird impact has been a problem that must be solved on the aircraft. There are many uncertain ingredients in the impact moment, so research of bird strike is hard and has been a difficult problem. In this paper, Bird strike is numerical simulated under different work state on main rotor composed with different material, applying the dynamic transient analysis software MSC.DYTRAN, base on the former research. Include three parts of works.Inland and overseas research in bird strike on the aeronautic structure are summarized, including study on theory,numerical simulation,experimentation research. Compute and analyze the bird strike on the rigid plate, compare with foregone research. As a result, outcome of simulation close to the former research. So the results of calculating are exact.According to the characteristic of the bird strike, learn the theory of flow- structure interaction in the FEM. Study the model of the flow- structure interaction system, and deduce the process of establishing mathematical calculating model, enriching the content of FEM.Bird strike be numerical simulated under different work state on main rotor that composed with different material, apply the dynamic transient analysis software MSC.DYTRAN. Analyze the transmutation of distortion in the rotor, distributing of stress and strain and pressure within the bird and rotor; under the different work state in the helicopter flight, establish the different compute model to analyze. Analyze and contrast the calculate results to search after the generic rule, provide the reference for design engineering of helicopter structure.
