In this paper,a computer system is analyzed and designed according to the requirements of TV-command-guidance integrated control system. Considering different requirements of TV-command computer system control and stationary algorithm treatment, the computer system based on FPGA and ARM is implemented. It is of high integration, full-function, and high extensibility, which meets the requirements of integrated control system by the validation of test device.At first, we introduce research background of TV-command system, and its status and trend in world-wide area. Secondly, according to analysis of architecture and principle of TV-command computer system, a corresponding scheme is confirmed. We analyze both digital and analogue conditioning hardware circuits, and certain means of isolation and protection are also discussed in this paper.Then, we design the software system of the TV-command computer system on this hardware platform. Transplantation of ARMlinux operation system, the development of the hardware device drivers under linux, and the procedure of writing to flash are discussed in this paper. After that, we design application program of digital processing module and testing module to realize information processing of the computer system.In the end, the test environment of this TV-command computer system is discussed in this paper .The principle and procedure of test device, especially the analysis method of interface signals, are discussed too. After that, self-test environment scheme is presented, which is to detect own faults quickly and protect other relevant device.
