Research On Barrier Design Methods Of Product

Current product design ignores the moral and ethical property while paying attention to the commercial property and the scientifical and technological property and ignores the people's long-term physical and mental health, safety and rationality while paying attention to the human-machine feature which remains with a junior level only pursuing the comfort and easytouse. This will make negative influence to the human's development and long-term interests. Therefore, this paper brings forward product barrier design method, which may solve the problems above in current product design. Based on the design ethnics, safety science and ergonomics, the product barrier design offers a bran-new design method for the product design.The paper analyzes the problems in current product design, expounds the connotation of the product barrier design including the definition of the product barrier design, and research object. and studies the correlation between the product barrier design and these theories based on the ethnics,safety science and high ergonomics; the paper summarizes the three characters in the product barrier design and establishes the product barrier design method model that agrees with the"human-product-society"system; the paper sets the evaluating goals of the product barrier design, establishes the corresponding evaluating project and shows the method of evaluating and analyzing. Finally, using the product barrier design and the evaluating method this paper has stated, it makes many improved designs to the special product.
