With the development of sonar signal processing, there comes a variety of new theories and algorithms about it. Therefore, the design of signal processing system is becoming more and more complex, especially the designs of real-time signal processing board. The main content of this paper is the design and implementation of sonar signal real-time processor. The issue on data transfer, high-speed processing and multitask parallel implementing in multi-channel signal processing are solved. The parallel processor is applied in the design, which is composed of Multi-DSP and FPGA. The Multi-DSP system is composed of four ADS-TS101s, which are connected each other by link port and shared bus. As a coprocessor, the FPGA is a bridge between multi-DSP system and other peripherals, and it also participates in data processing. For the function of FPGA, the signal processor has better information processing capability and computation power. The paper is also explored the design of power module, AD/DA module, Flash memory module, data communication interface in detail.
