With implement of worldwide sustainable strategy, green energy and green building technology have become the development theme of building and equipment technology, design and operation management of high efficiency equipment is the important guarantee to realize green building. For both promoting development, spreading and application of ventilation and air conditioning technology and regulating and guiding building equipment to green rail, it is significant to study the design method and to establish evaluation index of green ventilation and air conditioning system.This subject is from " indicator system for evaluating of green ventilation and air conditioning system", the sub-subject of " research on key technology in high efficacy building equipment system " which is one of important projects of science and technology support plan of national " the eleventh five-year plan".The paper, based on evaluation and analysis of domestic and abroad green building and equipment technology, study on framework of evaluation index system of green ventilation and air conditioning system in China was presented, and furtherly studied evaluation index system of economy.Based on substantial analysis on the idea of green, green building and sustainable development, the definition of green ventilation and air conditioning system was given, and according to further study on the connotation and extension of the green system, this paper lays a foundation for establishment of evaluation index and evaluation index system framework of green ventilation and air conditioning system.On the basis of evaluation of green building, further study on evaluation contents, methods, principles, indexs, basis and characteristics of ventilation and air conditioning system of green building,and reference of evaluation index system of green ventilation and air conditioning system of China was given, and domestic evaluation index of green ventilation and air conditioning system was put forward, which includes four aspects that energy system evaluation,economy evaluation,indoor environment evaluation and benefits of social environment evaluation.Combined with the self-characteristics of ventilation and air conditioning system, evaluation principles, aims, methods and models of green ventilation and air conditioning system which is suitable in China were established, and framework of evaluation index system of green ventilation and air conditioning system was built up.Based on the primary framework of evaluation index system of green ventilation and air conditioning system, economic evaluation index system of green ventilation and air conditioning system was furthurly studied and established. Take a office building for example, according to calculation result of the ventilation and air conditioning system load by using DeST software and application of VB program, the economic evaluation of green ventilation and air conditioning system of a building was carried out.
