In recent years,the proportion of building energy consumption in total energy consumption has increased year by year,and has increased from 22.8% in 2000 to 25%.The task of building energy conservation is arduous.At the same time,green buildings have developed rapidly.At present,green buildings in Chongqing have been widely promoted.By 2020,the city's new urban construction will fully implement the one-star national green building evaluation standard.In public buildings,the energy consumption of air-conditioning systems is often the largest proportion of heating energy consumption.Studies have shown that the energy consumption of air-conditioning systems accounts for about 40% to 60% of the total energy consumption of public buildings.In the “four sections and one environmental protection” technology system of green buildings,energy conservation and energy utilization technologies account for 32%,including building envelopes,HVAC technology,lighting socket technology,and energy-saving electrical equipment applications.HVAC technology,as an important part of building energy efficiency,has been widely used in many green building projects.However,the energy-saving effect of HVAC technology has not been recognized correspondingly,and there is even a saying that “technical stacking” exists.At the same time,with the wider promotion of green buildings,as well as the insulation performance of building envelopes and the improvement of building airtightness level,the proportion of fresh air load to total building load is also on the rise.In order to reduce the fresh air load and improve the indoor comfort,the exhaust heat recovery technology has gradually attracted people's attention.However,the applicability of exhaust heat recovery technology in Chongqing is still controversial,and the energysaving effect lacks practical engineering or experimental research.Therefore,this paper will carry out experimental research on exhaust heat recovery technology in an actual office building in Chongqing,explore the factors affecting its recycling effect,and analyze its technical economy to judge the applicability of this technology in Chongqing..Combined with the experimental results,the application points of heat recovery technology in the design and operation stages are proposed,which provides reference and basis for better performance.In addition,this paper will also take the actual green public buildings in Chongqing as the research object,and study the application of HVAC technology in green buildings in Chongqing,including the proportion of HVAC energy consumption to total energy consumption,HVAC Technology usage and scores.The influencing factors of the application of exhaust heat recovery technology are analyzed.Through the above analysis,it is hoped that the application effect of air-conditioning system heat recovery technology in green buildings in Chongqing will be provided,which will provide designers with design strategies and reference methods when selecting this technology,and provide reference for the revision of relevant provisions of green construction evaluation standards in the future.
