Research In Evaluation System Of Green Building

Abstract:The concept of Green building proposed initiates new ways for the efficient use of resources. The development of green building plays an important role on the raising of the quality of people’s living standards, and the environmental protection or the sustainable development of society. It will also bring new opportunities to China’s construction industry.This paper analyzes the green building theory, theory of corporate responsibility and full life cycle, analyzes and compares the green building rating system and the evaluation system, which has referential significance this article, thus our green building can be further developed and improved. To construct an index system containing4first grade indexes,12second grade indexes and36third grade indexes. The evaluation is divided into quantitative and qualitative indicators, first grade indexes are divided into1quantitative indicators,3qualitative indicators; second grade indexes are divided into4quantitative indicators,8qualitative indicators; third grade indexes are divided into9quantitative and27qualitative indicators. And the use of different methods of using Ecological Footprint analysis, Entropy Method, TOPISS Method to determine the quantitative indicators weights and index values, using AHP and Weighted Set-valued Method to determine the qualitative indicators of weights and indicators value to get the final evaluation value synthetically to derive indicators to evaluate performance of green building, to provide an effective method to evaluate green building. To construct evaluation index system and method to the specific practical projects, the paper selected for a residential project in Shenzhen as a research empirical analysis of qualitative and quantitative indicators to give a certain weight values, to obtain green building performance, and ultimately the end result is analyzed.This article identifies green building evaluation system, and provides new research ideas for the evaluation of green buildings, to make green buildings in our country to get greater promotion, strengthening a clearer understanding of the nature of green building, to achieve the green ecological requirements which is called "sustainable building, sustainable environment".There are12Figures,18Tables, and893references papers in the article.
