The Application And Study Of Fault Diagnosis Technology On Fire Control System Of Naval Gun

This paper discusses the problems of fault diagnosis on fire control system of naval gun.Firstly, this paper explains the fault diagnosis conception in theory, and do the describing to fault diagnosis and the fault diagnosis technology of fire control system of naval gun, in the meantime, this paper do the layout to the future work.This paper presents a method for the fault diagnosis to fire control system of naval gun. This method regards the hardware configure of fire control system of our naval xx vessel as the carrier, regarding the director (the core equipment of fire control system of naval gun ) as the diagnosis emphasis , regarding the correlative hardware equipment as the important content. The diagnosis software adopts the modularization design idea, it partitions the diagnosis contents into eighteen function modules, these module are divided the work definitely, their diagnosing contents relate to the whole equipments of fire control system of naval gun nearly, besides, these contents can cany out the adding or reducing of function module. Which the above eighteen function modules has been proved are very useful for the fault diagnosis of fire control system of naval gun.This paper presents many algorithms to the fault diagnosis, such as the memory algorithm of system input/output variable,the dynamic driving gun algorithm of system or stand-alone.,the speed form algorithm,the system step output algorithm,the building method of small Chinese storage and etc. These algorithms are all validdated in practice, they are all correct by proving.With the development of the intelligentizing of fire control of naval gun, the intelligent design has been the main aim of fault diagnosis. Under the condition of intelligentizing, with the development of supporting technology study, the long-distance changing of fault diagnosis software is displaying clearly. this paper also conceive the long-distance project and the intelligent project of fault diagnosis on fire control system of naval gun, and do the test verifying to the partial software function of it, the verified result proves that the design idea is right and valid.
