Study On Fault Diagnosis Expert System Of Fire Control System

Fire control system that have powerful function and advanced technology can significantly improve Firepower Strike ability of tank.The current detection equipment can not meet the requirements of the maintenance,because of complex structure and working principle of fire control system of tank,equipment maintenance is very complex and difficult.Therefore,the research and development of new fire control system test equipment,the maintenance of fire control system has become an urgent problem to be solved.Therefore,this paper presents the design and implementation of tank fire control system fault diagnosis expert system.The major contents are as below:Firstly,the knowledge acquisition of fault diagnosis expert system for fire control system is carried out.The fault location is identified by the discernibility matrix algorithm,and the fault tree analysis is used to realize the fault knowledge acquisition.The discernibility matrix algorithm of rough set is used to obtain knowledge corresponding the top event of fault tree,so the specific diagnosis is chose.A fault tree is selected according to the fault tree top event which is mined from the rough set discernibility matrix,and then the minimum cut set of the fault tree is solved.Secondly,established the fire control system of tank fault diagnosis expert system knowledge base.Knowledge representation of fire control system fault diagnosis expert system based on production rule representation.The knowledge of fire control system fault diagnosis expert system is established and stored by Sqlserver2012 database,and the knowledge base management module is designed by C#programming.Thirdly,designed the reasoning machine of the fire control system of tank fault diagnosis expert system.An improved HAL pattern matching algorithm is proposed to realize the inference engine function of fire control system fault diagnosis expert system,the application of this algorithm greatly improves the performance of inference engine.Finally,realized the fire control system of tank fault diagnosis expert system's software implementation.The overall design and work flow design of fault diagnosisexpert system of fire control system function module,and using C# and Sqlserver2012 database as a fault diagnosis expert system of fire control system software platform,completed the design of the modules.
