Fault detection and diagnosis in fire control system of anti-aircraft gun is constantly a key topic in the task of weapon maintains for army. Especially in the background of new high-tech wars, fire control systems have more powerful functions, but far more complex structures, that leads tough maintain mission. So realizing stable, rapid and effective fault diagnosis service will generate important significance of weapon maintains and battle effectiveness. The fault diagnosis platform discussed in thesis is developed on the basis of a distributed anti-aircraft fire control system, with the engineering background of digital reform of the system.In this project, we analyze the requirements and design principals of the assigned diagnosis platform. The whole diagnosis system is divided by us into three separate parts: Hardware platform, Drivers and Diagnosis Applications, according to their own functions. Hardware platform is organized by an industrial personal computer, extern virtual test instrument and PCI-based data collection and communication card. According to hardware components'functions, Drivers are developed in Windows kernel environment by DriverStudio and DDK tools. They not only drive serial, CAN and GPS communication of hardware card, but also offer interface between low-layer driver and upper-layer applications. Upper-layer fault diagnosis application, which is developed in Delphi IDE, uses human-computer interaction analyzing and diagnosing faults in communication and units in system.With the joint efforts of our project team, the development of a certain type of anti-aircraft fire control system fault diagnosis platform, which meets the development requirements and expected results, are already passed the acceptance and have been delivered for use.
