The condensation-steam equipment of marine power plant is different from the one of power plant. One difference between them is condensation-steam equipment of marine usually runs in condition that load change frequently and greatly, another difference is condensation-steam equipment of marine much smaller than the one of power plant. For these reason, the higher reliability and economy are needed when the condensation-steam equipment run in change of load. Simultaneity, the problem of time-delay and large-inertia still exist in the condensation-steam equipment when it be accommodated in load change. it made several important parameters of condensation-steam equipment have long time of transient processes and great overshooting. On this background, the dissertation pays attention to study dynamic characteristics of marine The condensation-steam equipment.At present, simulation on condensation-steam equipment mostly focus on the one of power plant, while little attention paid on marine condensation-steam equipment. So the dissertation summarize available simulation algorithm on condensation-steam equipment, come up with the mathematical model of marine condensation-steam equipment, which including the model of condenser, deaerator, and flow of. condenser water. Based on these mathematical models and utilizing related designing data this paper simulate dynamically three typical transient processes, include increasing process and decreasing process. In this paper dynamic change of each important variable is monitored in these processes, and some dynamic simulation results of some important issues are given, include pressure of condenser, water level of condenser, and water level of deaerator. Based on these, the results of simulation are analyzed; the trend meet the demand. The ordinary PID control system are designed, contrapose default of it, this paper design the condenser pressure intelligent control system and condenser deaerator water level coordinated control system further. Under the three control systems, dynamic simulations of three typical process witch include accelerating process and moderating process are done The result shows that the coordinated control of condenser deaerator water level and intelligent control of condenser pressure and the coordinated control of condenser deaerator water level achieves better tracing. Show the satisfied effect.
