This paper discussed RF power amplifier design, bioimpedance measuring method, RS232 to RS485 communication circuit and USB2.0 interface development after discussing the whole performance of the apparatus in detail.In the chapter about RF power amplifier, its designing principle is proposed, the sorting classes and work efficiency is analyzed, at last, the ideas to improve the power amplifier's efficiency is compared to show why the normal circuit is used other than the high efficiency one. Then the bioimpedance measuring principle and its achievement on the apparatus are discussed in the following chapter. The advantages of the measuring methods adopted in the apparatus are illustrated to make a difference from the traditional ways. The last two parts proposed two solving schemes about bioimpedance and temperature data's transmitting; they are the necessary function extends to the apparatus. For one thing, the converting circuits of RS232 to RS485 are designed to cater for the long-distance data's transmitting in some particular circumstances. For the other thing, the USB interface is developed to connect to the personal computer to cater for the data's transmitting at high speed in the ordinary condition.The apparatus has some advantages of slight injury, low cost and easy taking. It has got some clinical applications yet. In the results, its performance is fine and stable; the curative effect is preferable; all these means it is beneficial to popularize.
