Digital scanner USB2.0host-slave controller is the important module for thevirtualization of digital synthesis scanner. Thesis is based on USB2.0interface synthesistechnology and sophisticated digital scanner USB2.0master and slave controller tosolve communication problems between the digital synthesis scanner and PC. It hasadvantages such as single connection, plug on play, hot-swappable and so on.The paper analyzes the development of the traditional frequency characteristicsmeasuring instrument and that of the host communication interface, also does thisarticle enumerates factors that constrain the measuring instrumentsā€™development. Basedon detailed analysis of the USB interface scanner and digital synthesis technique, thepaper proposed a design of USB2.0master-slave interface controller supported by DSPand USB2.0technology. Design includes overall hardware such as clock circuits, powercircuits, CH376and DSP interface, CH376peripheral circuits. Meanwhile, specificprogram design is implemented through software development programming. Thefunction and software architecture is given respectively of the USB host and devicearchitecture. The paper introduces methods to develop the USB driver and use relevantmethods to software debugging the host.Finally, a summary of the paper is given, and further studies were reviewed.
