| The near area around Yulin-Jingbian expressway was selected to be the research district.Through researching phenomenon of region scale Land use/Land cover within the 300m on both sides of the highway of Yulin-Jingbian, temporal and spatial variation,the trend and the drivers of changes principle with LUCC were analyzed. This dissertation tried to do nature and quality analysis about LUCC from different angle by some methods, such us the model of atlas and model of LUCC.Based on the RS data, using GIS technology and field surveying, the classifying samples which were used to helpto classify the images from 1996-2006 by eyes were constructed. After the above, the maps of LUCC were gotten. With GIS space analyzing technology, the area data were obtained. Then the principle of LUCC,the impact of environment,the drives of LUCC and environmental evolution were analyzed.Through the above analysises, the following results were obtained:1. Using RS/GIS could develop the way to get and analyze data, and give a strong help to improve the LUCC research.2. Through the analysises on number and speed of change, the principle of each classificationfor 10 years was gotten; through the analysises on transition matrix, the principle of transition of each classification was obtained.3. Analyzing the characters of changing of land use degree, single land type and whole area state of changing trend through land use degree integration parameter model and land use changing trend model.4. In the period of 10 years, the land use changing degree of the 300m on both sides of the Yulin-Jingbian highway is large .The quality of ecology environment becomes better than unconstructed period. The main drives of this change is the construction and ecology construction along this highway.After building this highway, accessibility of this area is larger than before. It accelerates the population growth and the speed of construction, then land use/land cover is changing .
