As the carrier of social and economics activities, the spatial structure of urban land use must reflect the industrial structure and the spatial structure of a city, therefore its change process confirms the history of the development of the city to some extent. With the rich of the human material and spiritual world and raise the level of science and technology, the fast development of urbanization is the main characteristic. According to statistics and forecast data of the United Nations,the global population had been6.974billions up to2011, and the population of cities was3.632billions,the ratio of urbanization come to52.1%. The global population will rise to9.306billions in2050,and the population of cities will be6.252billions,the ratio of urbanization would come to67.2%. The new added global population is2.332billions from2011to2050, the urban population will increase2.62billions. The world rural districts population and its proportion of the total population will start to reduce absolutely. That is to say, with the development of informatization and globalization, and increase of capital and labor mobility, Mankind has entered a the predominantly urban new era. The process of urbanization optimized configuration level land, information, personnel and other resources and science and technology on one hand, on the other the original farmland, woodland and water and other non-construction land area reduced agglomeration caused by population agglomeration, urban space sprawl, and it has become the basic characteristic of the global land use change in recent years.Compared suburb and rural environment we can conclude that, urban ecological environment problems of the urban heat island effect, air pollution, water pollution generated with urbanization and high-intensity human social and economic activities must have some kind of close contact,With the concept of sustainable development has been widely accepted, the air environmental protection and harmonious development of man and nature are taking more and more attention, ecological concerns of urban research and management is also been enhanced. Therefore, analyzing air environmental effects of urban land use in a multi-level, multi-angle way, to find the correlation between urban land use and air quality, its has a great significance to protect to urban sustainable development.This article based on the angle of meteorology, ecology and urban planning technical support, taking JiNan urban district for example, basing Jinan air quality monitoring sites, the statistics atmospheric pollution factors and the corresponding coverage range of land-use change data, to research the urban land use and urban air quality of the environment.For ease of access to the index data and statisties, air quality concentration to characterize the pros and cons of the air environment.According to the conventional evaluation of urban atmospheric environmental assessment, it selects urban pollutants PM10, SO2, NO2monitoring and Communique as the dependent variable of the study content. And elaborated mainly from four aspects of the nature of land use, land-use scale, spatial location, development strength based on urban land use status argument.Based on Quantitative data, to discuss the impact of urban land use on air quality (PM10, SO2, NO2mass concentration). As the Jinan socio-economic development objectives and regional analysis of the status of the background and urban land layout,following the people-oriented, sustainable urban development theory,basing on atmospheric ambient air quality (PM10, SO2, NO2) and urban land use related research in the rapid urbanization process, to bring out reasonable optimization measures and suggestions from the perspective of urban planning, functional layout and development intensity of Jinan City.
