This paper involves a water processing system designed in High Intensity Focused Ultrasound (HIFU) treatment system, which includes two parts: the water container design and water processing equipment design.HIFU vacuum deaeration equipment includes a vacuum degassing machine, a pump, a pressure tank, a thermostatic machine, pressure sensors and electromagnetic valves. Those equipments do well in degassing processing, purification processing, thermostatic control and pressure control. Through acting with the procedure above, the water as the medium can be degassed below 4ppm, diameter solid particles become less than 10μm, and the temperature is stable between 25℃and 35℃, and the pressure between 2bar and 3bar.HIFU water container equipment is a water tank. First, the tank has three high flood carrying channels and big flood carrying capacity. Second, the stainless steel tank can avoid deformation. Third, the tank's four sides affixing with material which can absorb ultrasound wave guarantees ultrasound distribution to be unaffected. Last, a rubber bladder is designed to fix the probe and the tank closely, and supply the probe free movements in a three-dimensional direction.HIFU water processing control circuit is able to switch the equipment, automatically adjust water pressure and level, and test the states and the switches in the system. Control server controls water processing system and gets the status through SPI.
