| Magnetic fluid is a kind of new type functional material, which application scope is becoming wider and wider. Because of its response characteristic to the magnetic field, magnetic fluid has the mobility as well as its magnetism.In this paper, the magnetic fluid sealing equipment of the vacuum coating machine driving control handle was designed, which replaced the welt metal bellows.(1)The structure of the pole piece and permanent magnet were designed. Some problems occurred in the design, processing, assembly stages were discussed and solved. Finally, the feasibility of the seal equipment was analyzed.(2)According the actual boundary condition, from the basic theory of electromagnetic field, the magnetic vector potential method was used to express the general boundary condition of the seal equipment. The ANSYS finite software was used to calculate the magnetic field on the derived boundary condition.(3)The vacuum seal pressure-resistant capacity experiment research was carried out. The effects such as rotational speed, seal gap, different magnetic fluid behavior on the vacuum seal pressure-resistant capacity was investigated. The problem of the magnetic fluid injection rate was discussed while a special phenomenon appeared in the experiment. It is important to study the magnetic fluid injection rate.In a word, the author solved the problem of magnetic fluid seal of vacuum coating machine. |
