In the precise measurement of the outline dimension for the large work-piece, itneeds the precise motion of the multi-axle together with the transducer in order torealize multi-dimension measurement. While for a multi-axle controlling system, itneeds a motion controller to control multi-diver in order to achieve the motion controlof the multi-axle.On the study of the mechanical construction of the multi-axle three-coordinatemachine produced by"Yantai Zhonghuan Electrical and Mechanical TechnologyDevelopment Co., Ltd.", this dissertation has designed the whole motion controlsystem based on this three-coordinate measurement machine; has realized the designof the hardware circuit on communication system based on the control of FPGA andsingle chip; has achieved the software design to the communication system and thedigital control; through the experiment it has validated the validity of the systemproject and the veracity of the motion control. The main work of this dissertation is asfollows:1 According to the function of realization, has designed the motion controlproject and the whole construction of the system.2 Has realized the design of the hardware circuit on communication systembased on the control of FPGAand single chip.3 Use Verilog HDL language to program FPGA, has achieved compilation ofthe block of signal sending and receiving with pc, realizing the communicatefunction with pc; has achieved compilation of the block of data sending andreceiving with the control card communication system, realizing thecommunicate function between the bridge card and control card; has achievedcompilation of the block of speed, displacement and motion of gradientspeed-down according to digital control to the driver.4 Making use of the series of C8051 to configure FPGA in bridge card, hasrealized the function of data can be read, estimated, decoded and coded in theprocess of communication; has achieved successfully the signal transferringof the joystick from analog signal to digital signal; has realized speed controlbased on the joystick control; in the control card, has achieved theinitialization to the RAM data in the accelerate block and also the mapping from speed to the address.5 Through the data sending experiment, it has validated the stability andreliability of the communication system; the experiment of the single-axlemotor control has validated the feasibility of this control method; finally,though the multi-axle composite control, has validated the validity of thewhole system. The experiments show that, the precision of single anglecontrol is 0.0012°when the input speed is below 45°/s and the precision ofsingle linear motion control is 0.8um when the input speed is below 30mm/s,which are both inside the output impulse of the two encoder.
