The fuse controller is used for the fuse of training bomb. The fuse controller is developed so that the result of the training can be more accurately evaluated. In all kinds of targets, the typical targets of the training bomb which the fuse controller is used for are grass, rocks and soil etc. Above all, the whole device should be low cost and miniaturized, so the fuse controller can be largely used. Several key technologies are studied according to the designing requests.The main research work of this paper includes:1.A low cost and miniaturization scheme of high speed short range optoelectronic fuse controller is introduced, which is based on a infrared LED optoelectronic model.2. Two kinds of optical structure are introduced based on geometry intercept ranging and range gating technology. Considering the cost and performance, the optical structure based on range gating technology is chosen.3. The light sources, optical electro detector and the optoelectronic structure are discussed based on the infrared radiation theories. The driving plans of infrared LED and the operating mode of optoelectronic detector are made. The operating range is figured out. Control circuits, including the emission circuits and receiving circuits are both discussed.4. Static operating range of typical reflector is completed. The response time of the fuse is analyzed. The influencing factors to the operating range are discussed.
